Ambassador Chef Ryan Dawson of The Original Cold Smoked Salt and Pepper Co. is a personal chef, caterer, and teacher with over 10 years professional cooking experience and earned his educational degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. During an intense seven month course of study, he was immersed in the basics of culinary arts ranging from stocks, sauces, soups, knife skills and baking. In 2013, he embarked upon his culinary career by working as a line cook at Tuscan Kitchen in Salem, New Hampshire. After two years of working in a traditional restaurant setting, he had the unique opportunity to experience what it was like to be a personal chef. “I had a small taste of the personal chef life, and I immediately fell in love with being my own boss and creating my own menus.” This newfound passion for designing highly customized meals directly for clients changed the trajectory of his life forever. In March of 2018, Chef Ryan said goodbye to the restaurant scene and successfully opened his own business as a personal chef. He provides services in the states of Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and Pennsylvania.

Chef Ryan creates a variety of meal options specifically tailored to exceed your expectations for any occasion. This includes small to medium sized weddings, backyard bbq’s, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, and special events. No matter how eclectic or traditional your taste may be, Chef Ryan has a menu just for you. Chef Ryan provides a better-than-restaurant experience with personalized service in the comfort of your own home.  He creates an individualized culinary experience which includes acquiring the ingredients, preparing the meal and leaving you with no clean up at the end

He is passionate about teaching curious cooks how to cultivate tantalizing meals themselves in a hands-on atmosphere. Whether you’re an experienced cook looking to learn a new skill, a beginner just trying to create delicious meals for the family or if you’re merely looking for an entertaining evening with a group of friends, Chef Ryan will provide an in-depth two hour minimum lesson in the comfort of your own home! Chef Ryan will turn your ordinary dinner preparation into an educational culinary experience.
